Scott Morgan, CEO:
Scott Morgan brings to Revenue Cycle Partners an extensive background in technology and call center management. Scott handled a national accounts territory for Digital Systems International, the premier provider of outbound call center management solutions. While at Digital, Scott sold and managed the installation of a number of systems in the utility, medical, and telemarketing industries.

After leaving Digital, Scott created a hospital self-pay outsourcing division for a company involved in consumer debt management. Scott was responsible for the creation of the call center to include specifications of all technology platforms as well as onsite implementations. Scott was instrumental in the creation of the vision of Revenue Cycle Partners and its successful on-going operations.

Scott's most recent involvement was the founding of an e-business consulting firm. This company provided web-based development services for national clients such as AutoZone, International Paper, and The Boeing Company. Scott was responsible for managing the development projects from an executive level while interfacing with the clients to ensure the application met their expectations.

Lisa Hammond, COO:
Lisa has been with Revenue Cycle Partners since its inception. Lisa comes to Revenue Cycle Partners with over 12 years of medical claims processing experience. Lisa managed the claims processing function for a third-party administrator (TPA) EBMS, one of the largest TPA companies in the Northwest Region. Lisa held the position as Claims Manager for 8 years and has over 20 years of healthcare call center management experience.

Jeff Kessler, Controller:

Jeff received his undergraduate degree (General Business – Accounting Option) from Montana State University – Billings, and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. Jeff is a CPA and has 18 years of health care experience. Past healthcare positions include those of Financial Analyst (Billings Clinic), Controller of a Orthopedic medical practice, and Manager of Audit and Consulting Services with Catholic Healthcare Audit Network (CHAN). Immediately prior to joining RCP, Jeff was the Director of Finance at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, MT.

Brandi Rudd, Operations Director - Kansas:
Brandi has been with Revenue Cycle Partners for over 6 years. Brandi has been involved as a SCORE coach at RCP and has helped to develop the SCORE program at RCP. Her involvement also has included training and she assisted with the implementation of a Quality Assurance program at RCP. Prior to RCP, Brandi was employed by EBMS, a large third-party insurance administration company. She processed medical, dental, and vision claims and in her last position at EBMS was an Internal Auditor. Brandi was also involved with training and assisted in implementing a training manual. Her educational background is a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.

Kim Neufeld , Operations Director- Montana:

Kim has been with Revenue Cycle Partners for over 6 years. Prior to becoming the Operations Director, Kim was the Patient Service Manager for RCP. Kim has over 27 years in Healthcare Management experience. Kim came to RCP from EBMS, a large third-party insurance administration company; she processed medical, dental and vision claims as a Claims Processor. Kim was also on the Advisory Board while at EBMS, which was instrumental in providing long term business direction.

Lori Born , Operations Director- Iowa:

Lori joined Revenue Cycle Partners in 2009.  Prior to RCP, Lori was Clinic Manager of a large family practice where she directed the daily operations, created & implemented processes, and developed quality improvement initiatives.  In addition, she brings a variety of experience that includes Program Manager & Trainer at the local community college, and Employment & Training Coordinator for the City of Cedar Rapids.  She has a track record and reputation as a Leader and Mentor for over 20 years. 

Kim Lehnen, Director of Training- Montana:

Kim has been with Revenue Cycle Partners since it’s inception in 2001.   Kim's experience and background is with the Billings Clinic where she spent 10 years as a Financial Counselor. Kim was instrumental in much of the staff training when the Billings Clinic converted to a new patient accounting system. Kim has been in the medical field since 1992 with experience in medical claims processing, medical billing, customer service, and call centers. Kim has developed the training program at RCP and continues to enhance both the training curriculum and the coaching programs


Jeff Morgan, CHFP, Director- Client Services:
Jeff has over 15 years of experience in technology system sales and marketing. The last 10 years have been focused on call center technology and business process outsourcing services. Jeff is responsible for leading the new business development team and supporting the operations client support teams.

Lana Deeney, Sr. Healthcare Financial Analyst:
Lana is a CPA and graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting. Lana's experience includes 20 years of public accounting, healthcare financial analysis and healthcare auditing. Lana began her career with KPMG where she was first exposed to the healthcare industry. An interest in the healthcare field led to a career with Billings Clinic. Billings Clinic is a unique multispeciality group practice comprising over 200 physicians and providers and includes a 272 bed trauma hospital. Analysis work included long-term financial planning, budgeting, productivity, cost accounting, and the integration of clinic and hospital operations during the merger. Lana's healthcare auditing career was with CHAN Healthcare Auditors which specializes in performing internal auditing services (financial, operational and compliance) to hospital owners and clients across the United States.

Carl Johnson, Information Technology Director - Corporate:
Carl has ten years experience in the IT industry and is certified as an MCSE, CCNA, and the NOBLE Systems - Call Management System expert. Carl has extensive experience in all types of systems and software; some of which include UNIX, OS/400, Windows, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and IBM DB2. Carl is also an accomplished programmer with previous clients, such as Philip Morris USA. Carl has been instrumental in providing RCP's clients with exceptionally timely and accurate reporting. His educational background is a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management, majoring in Management Information Systems.
